How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is also available at checkout for urgent orders.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your jewellery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Are any items non-refundable?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Bespoke or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.
